Huia Feather Sweatshirt

A tail feather of the now extinct huia. The beauty of this two toned feather made it a highly coveted fashion accessory. This fact, along with hunting for collections and habitat loss through deforestation were the main causes of the huia’s decline and ultimate extinction.

Our new sweatshirts are 100% Cotton French Terry, 350 GSM, with inset sleeves, 2×2 ribbing on neck, cuff and hem. Cover stitching on seams, preshrunk to minimise shrinkage.
